In combination with a high-quality ABUS door cylinder and a strike plate with wall anchoring, ABUS additional door locks provide solid basic mechanical protection for your door. In addition to burglary protection, presence protection is also becoming increasingly important. The locking shackle of the ABUS 2130 additional door lock allows you to open the door a gap wide when secured. This allows you to receive mail or talk to someone unknown at the door without the risk of someone putting their foot in the door or pushing the door open completely. The turning knob on the inside ensures a quick escape route, e.g. in case of fire. The ABUS 2130 additional door lock secures the locking side, and a safety device should also be fitted to secure the hinge side.
