WILKA SI6 knob cylinder
The SI6 system is the new sinus profile as a vertical, conventional locking system.
SINUS - that is the name of the new system family from WILKA. The new keyways fulfil all expectations that can be posed to a cylinder of a complex keying system.
Patent protection until 2036

How to measure the cylinder length correctly?
Cylinder finishes:
- standard finish: brass matt nickel plated
- optional: brass polished, brass matt brushed, brass oxidized
- the cylinder knob is delivered in the selected cylinder finish
- for individual design requirements
- if desired, homogeneous appearance of door cylinder and fitting
If a different cylinder finish, different from the standard finish, is ordered, extended production times may occur.
brass matt nickel plated
brass polished
brass matt brushed
brass oxidized
Drilling protection III (ABH III):
- for profile cylinders on endangered doors in conventional systems
- all pin locking elements made of hardened special steel (nickel-plated)
- core with 2 hardened, nickel-plated steel pins for increased protection against pulling and drilling
- body with 2 hardened, nickel-plated steel pins for increased body drilling protection
- on one side at the outside of the cylinder
- not combinable with the option: seawater resistant version
Drilling protection V (ABH V):
- for profile cylinders on endangered doors in conventional systems
- all pin locking elements made of hardened special steel (nickel-plated)
- core with 2 solid carbide pins for highest pulling and drilling protection
- body with 2 solid carbide pins for highest body drilling protection
- on one side at the outside of the cylinder
- not combinable with the option: seawater resistant version
Pulling protection: steel insert as tear-off protection (tear-off clip)
- steel insert integrated into the body as body breakaway protection
- not combinable with the option: seawater resistant version
Seawater resistance:
- seawater-resistant version or for damp rooms (e.g. bathrooms, sauna, cold storage rooms...)
- locking cam and fastening screw made of brass
- knob cylinder with brass knob
- all pin locking elements made of brass (nickel plated)
- not combinable with the option: increased drilling protection (ABH III / V) or pulling protection
Freewheel (on request):
Freewheel cylinders are those profile cylinders that have a freely rotating cam (locking cam).
The cam can be moved 360° freely when no key is inserted.
When the key is inserted, the spring-loaded clutch engages in the cam. The cylinder can then be closed in the conventional way with the key.
- Usually only necessary for special panic or automatic locks. If in doubt, please check with the door manufacturer.
- restrictions possible in combination with other special equipment
